Multi domain scanning not work

Dear Support,

We have two domains in our subnets.
We recently created and added new domain.
However, the newly added domain PCs were failed to scan with the following errors.
Already added the scanning credentials and credential mapping but still failed.


Errors found while scanning:

UPTIME The object invoked has disconnected from its clients. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010108 (RPC_E_DISCONNECTED))
ANTIVIRUS Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
SERVICES The object invoked has disconnected from its clients. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010108 (RPC_E_DISCONNECTED))
HARDDISK The object invoked has disconnected from its clients. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010108 (RPC_E_DISCONNECTED))

SHARES Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Scanning multiple domains should be possible if there is a trust between the domains. Since you are seeing Access Denied and RPC errors, we recommend going through the steps in the articles below for troubleshooting this further.
