Hello

We have scanned around 10 systems (Windows 10, server 2016 and 2019) with lsPush. The systems are on a network isolated from the Lansweeper server. The inventory looks fine, but when we look at the Risk Insight there are a limited amount of CVE visible. Some servers show only Chrome CVEs, but I also see vulnerabilities for Schneider, Trellix, Dell. But I see not one CVE from Microsoft, which can't be true as I now some servers are not patched recently.

What can be the reason of this? Thanks!

We did one scan with LsPush and that's all. The scan and import happened on Tuesday. Today I still see the same limited amount of vulnerabilities listed.

Dear,

Were your systems rescanned after the LsPush scan? And were the scans imported recently?
It could take a day or so before the recognition and enrichment of the data takes place.
Did you also check if Credential free device recognition is switched on. This ensures to enrich the data correctly.

Hello

It is indeed the case it takes time to let the data enrich. Now I have systems where I see all the vulnerabilities being listed, also the ones of Microsoft. But this took multiple days. For other systems however this is still not the case, more then a week after the scan.
