Not able to connect database from another computer while installing Lansweeper, the data base installed in another server. While installing Lansweeper i have entered my DB server name and database name giving error message ConnectionOpen. SQL server does not exist or access denied.
I have checked all permissions and make my user name as Admin for that DB. Still no luck..
Please help on this , i appreciate for your help.

The most likely explanation for this problem is that the SQL instance name that you submitted is incorrect or that the user lacks sysadmin privileges. If you continue to run into issues, please contact support@lansweeper.com
