Hi there,
1- There are a few devices (Hybrid and Entra Joined) that are still showing in LS despite not existing in either AD or Intune. The server options configuration is set to Remove computers not found in on-premises Active Directory from the Lansweeper database.
Also, the uptime shows zeros.

2- How to exclude the non-active devices from the software tab reports?

Can you check if your scanning server can contact AD?
Cleanup is running every 24 hours, but if the connection to AD fails, the check to see if the devices exist in AD, will also fail.
In that case, deleting the devices may fail.
