If I put internal note to a ticket the new state is default "Do not change" If I put public note to a ticket the new state is "Open" even though the state is something else. I would like to have "do not change" by default there.
Every time a manager adds a note to agent's ticket they have to set the Status manually so the Agent can see there was an update. If the status can change when Internal note is added this will save allot of time, clicks and avoid human error (forgetting to do so).
There is currently no option to put this standard on 'Do not change', but we'll add this to the wishlist. You can currently alter the state displayed at this location by changing the Default column for ticket states on the Configuration -> Ticket Content page.
