Just as a test, could you try to upload the picture from within the console as Karel suggested and see if that works or generates an error.
- Perform a search for the username in the web console search bar.
- Open the user's Lansweeper webpage.
- Hit the Edit User button on the left.
- Hit Upload Image, select your image and hit Ok.
- Hit Save User when done.
If the issue persists, please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide:
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
- If it exists, the error log present in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data.
