Engaged Sweeper II
Some devices show the OU, others don't. Seems like the newer ones aren't showing up even after forcing another scan of AD. They are in lansweeper, but the OU info doesn't populate and we have some reports based off of the OU.

I've tried editing and resaving both the asset and the report. Checked the AD scanning settings as well. What am I missing?

To scan AD information from assets such as the OU, Lansweeper uses the credentials you've mapped to the domain NetBIOS name of the computer under Scanning\Scanning Credentials.

Lansweeper attempts to retrieve this information from any domain Windows computer it scans. If this information is not listed on the asset page of the computer, we expect that either the computer has no record in AD or there is a credential issue with the credential mapped to the domain of the computer.

We recommend going to Scanning\Scanning Credentials and verifying that there is a credential mapped to the domain of the computer. If a credential already exists, re-enter it to verify that the password is correct. Afterwards rescan the computer in question.
