Since the latest update to 5.3.0.13 all out network printers have no valuable information any more. Before, we could see the hostname of the printer, detailed information about the fill level status of each toner, the network ports they were attatched to (down to the switch port they have been patched),...
No all i can see is the Modell name as the asset name, no more fill levels, no switch ports,...
Attatched you can see a detailed view before and after. Please help!

The second printer wasn't scanned with SNMP (you can see it because there is no OID on its asset page). Could you
Detailed instructions on how to scan network devices can be found in this KB article.
- verify that SNMP is enabled on the affected printer
- under Configuration\Scanning credentials edit and re-enter your SNMP credentials. Also verify that your credentials are mapped to the IP range they are valid on
- rescan the affected printer(s)
