Engaged Sweeper II
Hi,
We have been using LANSweeper to keep track of any unpatched machines for WCRY and similar malware. First of all this has made my life about 1000000 times easier, so thank you for LANSweeper!!!

There are a couple of machines on the WCRY report even though they are patched. Their quickfix tab is empty.
When I go to the machines and run 'wmic qfe list' The system reports "No Instances Available". Other machines will list the installed hotfixes.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am hoping there may be another way to retrieve the patch data from these machines.

Most of the rest of these machines inventory is complete (installed software, hardware details, etc..) it seems isolated to hotfixes installed only.

Any help would be appreciated!
