Hey everyone,
I would like to set myself as a supervisor of all ticket activity, I. E. I'd like to receive email notifications for tickets assigned to any agent, not just myself.
I couldn't find a way to do that.
I'm not sure if it's possible to set myself as a subscriber to all tickets automatically, or to edit the email notifications themselves to alway put me in cc, but it would be really important for me to be able to catch on any oddity that requires escalation, as well as be aware "in real time" of what the agents are working on.
