I would like to have new ticket notifications sent to users but I would like to limit the initial notification to only the sender instead of everyone included on the original message.
Long story short, we cannot prevent our helpdesk email from receiving emails sent to large distribution groups and when this occurs everyone on the list gets a new ticket notification. Is there a way around this besides modifying our email system to remove helpdesk? That's more difficult than it sounds in this case.
