Remotely reomve adminsitrative accounts from a PC and put a new one on

Firstly thank you for having a pretty nifty piece of software.

Since running the network scan, it has become apparent that a number of my users have admin rights to their pcs. I need to remove this right, and change it so administrators only have access. Is this something I can do fairly easily?

This would be something you would do in Active Directory.
