Hey Guy's!
Our Team is using the Lansweeper Ticket-System for a few months now, and we decided that we don't need sla's.
Now I'm trying to figure out, how to actually remove the SLA portion from the Tickets in the Lansweeper API, since we don't need it anymore.
I've already tried disabling/removing it in the general settings, but that doesn't seem to change anything...
