Most systems I have worked with allow or just automatically display ticket notes (history, etc.) in Descending chronological order (or allow you to flip between the display). Most tickets I already know the history and I am looking for the latest update. Thank you for considering this request.
You can change the note sorting in your agent options by clicking on the blue cogwheel in the top right corner. Alternatively, you can use the "Go to last note" button if you're in a ticket (to the left of Actions).
