Hello Dear Communitiy,

I created new Helpdesk team named X
and I have Email rule that when a mail come to specific mail address it assign to the X team without agent assignment.

the problem is that other Helpdesk teams can see these unassigned tickets.

is the a way to allow only X team members to see these unassigned tickets and avoid other helpdesk teams to see these ticket?
