This question has a potentially easy answer, but I was unable to find what I was looking for when searching through the forums.
When trying to run a basic action (for example, Open C$) nothing happens. I can click on the icon all day long, but to no avail. I initially thought my permissions were not allowing me to run basic actions, but after checking, I saw that I had the View Basic Actions permission allowed. Any ideas about what the issue could be here? Thanks.
ETA: I should mention that I am using the Firefox browser.

A user recently had a similar issue in this topic:
https://www.lansweeper.com/forum/yaf_postst15483_Unable-to-execute--Open-C.aspx#post52216
His issue ended up being that his AV software was blocking the .vbs script we use to run this action. I would suggest you read that topic and also check the possible causes I mention there. Additionally, since we change our Firefox plugin quite often, I would recommend removing the current plugin and reinstalling it by following this knowledgebase article: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/11/firefoxplugin.html
