Scan Dell WYSE 3040

Hello,
how can I scan an Dell WYSE 3040 Thin Client. Lansweeper found the device (ip and mac) but no more informations.
We scan multiple windows and linux clients and servers, but till now no thin client with Dell ThinOS.

And yet why is it that it can tell you everything about one Dell Wyse 3040 client on the network and the one in the office next to it (in the same IP Scope) it will ignore completely ?

Are you scanning the Thin Client with SNMP? From my experience, you can retrieve the most amount of information from a Thing Client using SNMP to scan it.
