We converted from SQL Compact to SQL express on our Lansweeper server using this guide: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/73/moving-your-database-from-sql-compact-to-sql-server.html
We exhibited no errors during this process. However, now we receive "Scanserver unavailable." Attached is the errorlog.txt.

We received and answered this question via email as well. Below is a copy of the response we sent last week.
The specified error indicates that your scanning server isn't connecting to your database and can therefore not process the scan requests. In your Errorlog.txt file we can see that there is an issue with the SQL user used by the scanning server and website to connect to the database. We have an article specifically on this error message. Could you:
- Follow the steps in this article.
- Restart the Lansweeper Server service in Windows Services and see if the issue persists.
01/14/2016 11:50:14: Cannot connect to database, check your config file, service will be stopped Login failed for user 'lansweeperuser'.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, could you provide the following to help us troubleshoot:
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Lansweeperservice.exe.config.
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\web.config as present on the server hosting your console.
