Hi Lansweeper,
I am not sure what is the best approach to have a ticket automatically created in the Helpdesk for jobs that you need to do Monthly. An example would be for doing a monthly security audit.
Is there a way that I can do this in Lansweeper?

If you are looking towards more of a workflow system then this is unfortunately not yet in Lansweeper. This have been requested by our customers will certainly get implemented. However, there is not yet an estimated release date for this feature.
As an alternative, you could make use of ticket custom fields. This would allow you to create fields to specific ticket types that would have to be field in depending on the security issues that were found and then the solutions that would have to be applied. This method would require you to create the new ticket each month as there is no automated system for this. If you are interested in learning more about custom fields you can have a look at this knowledge base article.
Later on you can also create a custom report that will pull data for these tickets. If you use a unique ticket type you can make the report only get those ticket types and have the different custom come back with the information that is stored in them for those tickets.
