Searching in LS Cloud is terrible

Hi all, 

Am missing a toggle option somewhere or is the global search functionally just terrible?
I often search by people's name so I can see which computer this person is associated to.

The search returns no results even when I type out the name fully, including the dots.
The search function only works when I type in the asset names...

Currently, it's not possible to search for users in the cloud search. We hope to add this feature in a future iteration.

Is there a timeline or roadmap when the search function is expanded?
I been giving Ls Cloud many tries to get it working in our org. 
But it just seems like the service is fighting against me at every step of the way.

Thanks for sharing your feedback.

At Lansweeper we are working on bringing the "user" entity to the Cloud so that we can offer value parity in relation to this entity between both platforms. 

We are not yet in a position to share when we will be able to deliver these features. But we are aware of the importance for our users and its priority. We will keep you updated with any news.
