Service Graph Connectors harness the expertise of Lansweeper, a ServiceNow technology partner and ServiceNow engineering to provide a quick and reliable means of bringing Lansweeper IT asset data into the ServiceNow Service Graph and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The Service Graph Connector for Lansweeper enables customers to:

  • Automatically populate the Service Graph and CMDB with inventory discovered by Lansweeper Asset Data Platform.
  • Schedule what Lansweeper IT asset discovered data, and when it is synchronized with ServiceNow CMDB.

Hi I am planning to build a custom integration with ServiceNow. The client has an on-prem setup for Lansweeper. As I read one of the comments on a different post that the on-prem one does not have API. How to connect?
