I'm testing out the helpdesk, but as it is right now, I'm going to make a choice about which user objects I want to scan with Lansweeper, if I also want to minimize the selection for "User concerning" or "CC" in Helpdesk tickets.
In my mind, a regular user will be confused about having a bunch of nonsensical accounts (to them) in a selection box. Sure, they can type a name in, but it might still be showing service accounts etc in the search.
Please make a setting to limit this selection to an LDAP filter, so that I can choose which OU's or groups that I want the users displaying from. Thank you.
