HI,
We use Lotus Notes internally and was wondering if any other Lansweeper users have managed to get the incoming mail working on the helpdesk.
Thanks
Darren

You need to activate POP/IMAP on Domino via
Server/Ports/Internet Ports/Mail/ > enable POP (110) or SSL (995)
& Internet Password for the Helpdesk User like eriken said.

Hi,
I've followed your instructions but I can't get incoming mail to work via Domino?
I have IMAP running on the server and enabled.
I've created an IMAP user with an internet password, but no joy.
I ran the mailtest.exe file and the message was 'the server actively refused the connection' - but there is no local firewall or any other restrictions?
Any help much appreciated!!
TIA
Stuart

Hi
We have succeded with this, you have to create a new user in Domino with Mail system "pop or imap" with an Internet password.
Then setup as imap in helpdesk.
