I did an IP scan of our sharp printers using the IPv4 addresses that are set in the printer network and they are returning information for the administrative login page for the printers instead of the device information (manufacturer, model, MAC, color levels, etc.)

The printers are all Sharp MX series. (Specifically the MX-4070, MX-5070, MX-6070, MX-6500, and MX-M905)
Has anyone experienced this issue and been able to find a resolution?

SNMP was disabled on all but one of our printers. Enabling resolved the issue.

Thanks for the help.

The lack of an OID on your asset page means it was not scanned using SNMP. Are you sure that you have enabled SNMP and that your credentials are set correctly?
