Hello there!
Several other customers have reported issues scanning SNMP on Hikvision cameras. These cameras either don't have or don't reply to queries made to OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0. The specified OID is a system OID that generally exists on SNMP-enabled devices and that Lansweeper uses at the start of the SNMP scanning logic to determine whether SNMP is enabled. If 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 is not accessible on a device, scanning SNMP using Lansweeper will fail. There is no workaround for this, as the 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 check is hardcoded into the scanning service.
We suspect that even if you set up SNMP scanning correctly in Lansweeper, scanning your cameras will still fail because they're not responding to 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 queries. Unfortunately, there is no workaround we can offer for this if this does turn out to be the case. The ability to perform SNMP scans despite 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 not being available is on our customer wish list, but we do not have an estimated release date for this feature at this time.

is there than another solution on how to scan these camera's with lansweeper?
We just want to known which camera is connected to which port on a switch
