We are looking at setting the SNMP location for computers, but Lansweeper doesn't display the value on the summary page as it does with network devices.
I can confirm the value is set in the registry and on the services/snmp/agent tab.
Does anyone know of a way to display this info?

Lansweeper does not scan computers with SNMP. SNMP is only used for network devices. So the snmp location will not be read by Lansweeper. What you can do is manualy add a value to the location field in Lansweeper.

We will add this feature to our wish list. We cannot assure you that this is going to be implemented. This is because we receive so many feature requests that we have to make a selection.

Thanks for the reply.
We have created an OU structure that matches our hospital Ward names and have GPOs that sets the sysLocation, installs main and backup printers for that location, and a few other things unique for each ward.
This way when we move static and mobile PCs in AD it's ready to be used in the new location.
Do you think there is a chance it could be added as a feature request?
