You can do a test with devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the problem machine, submit any relevant (SNMP) credentials.
If the correct information is present in the output, but Lansweeper is not using it. Then it is best to send this information to our support team (support@lansweeper.com). It can then be followed up and fixed in a future version.
