Hi All,
I'm running version v. but the issue has existed long before this version.

With SNMP v1, v2 supply levels show properly when you view the asset. With v3, toner, imaging unit, maint kit etc levels always show at 100%.

Anyone else see this? Any ideas?

You can do a test with devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the problem machine, submit any relevant (SNMP) credentials.

If the correct information is present in the output, but Lansweeper is not using it. Then it is best to send this information to our support team (support@lansweeper.com). It can then be followed up and fixed in a future version.
