Engaged Sweeper
The server that lansweeper is installed on, is part of subnet that is scanned, and therefore is in the Lanweeper database. But it's status shows "non-active". Non of my other assets have this status, and I've not found any documentation about what this status is supposed to reflect.

The main default use of the non-active states (and all other states other than "active") is to exempt assets from various built-in asset listings. In the background of most of these views the active state is being specifically looked for (tblAssetCustom.State = 1).

The ways an asset can be set to non-active are the following:
  • Manually, by editing the asset.
  • Automatically, through clean-up options, these can be found under Configuration\Server Options in the web console. These are disabled by default.

You could manually set the asset back to active if you want to make sure it appears in all reports and asset listing by going to the Edit Asset screen.
