Hello

We are testing the Lansweeper and I have an issue with deployment.

I made this configuration:

Step 1: Condition - Check OCS installation (x64)
ConditionType: File
Path: C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory Agent
File: uninst.exe
Condition: Exist
Action on Success: Run uninstaller x64
Action on Failure: Next


Step 2: Condition - Check OCS installation (x86)
ConditionType: File
Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\OCS Inventory Agent
File: uninst.exe
Condition: Exist
Action on Success: Run uninstaller x86
Action on Failure: Stop (Success)


Step 3: Command - Run uninstaller x64
Command: "C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory Agent\uninst.exe" /S
Success Codes: 0,1641,3010
Action on Success: Stop (Success)
Action on Failure: Stop (Failure)


Step 4: Command - Run uninstaller x86
Command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\OCS Inventory Agent\uninst.exe" /S
Success Codes: 0,1641,3010
Action on Success: Stop (Success)
Action on Failure: Stop (Failure)

When I run this deployment, I get the follow error:
Preliminary checks failed. Task Registering Error. The task has been configured with an unsupported combination of account settings and run time options. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80041314) Credential: (XXXXXX). ShareCredential: (XXXXXX).

What I did. I created a GPO with this settings:

Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> System Services
Remote Registry: Startup Mode: Manual
Remote Procedure Call (RPC): Startup Mode: Automatic
Task Scheduler: Startup Mode: Automatic

I also created a user that is administrator of all workstation and use the same GPO to deploy this user in all workstations. This user is member of WRK_Admins group:
Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Restricted Groups
Group: WRK_Admins
Member: Empty
Member of: BULTIN\Administrator

I also created a firewall exception for Lansweeper server:
Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
