Not sure how to get things to work for Toner/Ink reporting for all our printers. One of the printers, the HP All-In-One is only a year old, so I'm lost as to why only one printer, the oldest, works.
We have 4 printers, Canon, Xerox, HP, and Brother. Only the Brother is reporting. Here are shots below of the printers:

Any way to do this effectively?? Thanks for any help with all this!

So I realized my mistake and I replaced the toner ID with the Device OID found here:

Did a rescan, still nothing on that printer.

So I ran device tester again, and got the OID of the black cartridge:

Put that here and assigned it to my printer:

Then I went back to the asset and re-scanned it again, still nothing after a rescan. What did I do wrong?

Thanks! I checked that unfortunately, both printers are kicking out SNMP v2, no user required. I tested with the device tester program that ships with Lansweeper.
How do I update MIB? It's a brand new install of Lansweeper, fresh this week, so I would of figured it came fully updated.

Is it possible that snmp isn't enabled or reachable on the devices? We are able see toner levels for all laser printers (no jet printers here). You can query tblCustDevPrinter to see what values are being added.
Otherwise you may need to update the MIB library or manually add OID values to scan and build a custom report to get that info.
