I've been hunting and tinkering for a few hours, but I can't seem to find an answer as to whether this is possible.
I manage IT for a nonprofit, and would like a pretty 'minimal' help desk for end users once they log in to report or check on a ticket. Is there a way I can choose what 'tabs', etc. they can view? The closest I have gotten is limiting their role/permissions as much as I thought I could (they can't see assets, etc.). However, this still lets them view Dashboard (I'd prefer to hide this), Knowledge base (this is fine to keep, though curious if I could hide it), and a few tabs with basic ticking info ("All tickets", etc.).
In order to maximize the interface for the variety of computer skills I have in end users, being able to make things really basic looking would be wonderful (rather then having to teach people to "close the dashboard tab", etc.). Is this possible with lansweeper?
