We are not using the helpdesk portion of this software. 1: It didn't convert correctly from Spiceworks and 2: We aren't going to pay for people to be agents above and beyond what we already pay (not a negative judgment, just being honest about where we stand).
As a result, I don't want it telling me that I am inactive help desk agent every time I go to do something in Lansweeper.
Is there a way to disable the help desk portion altogether?
