Where is new ticket creation email list created? I have two users that even though they're in all the same teams as the others, they're left out of receiving new ticket creation emails. Can someone tell me the place in which that's determined so I can make sure these two users are in the same email list as the rest of the agents? Thank you.

These settings can be found under the Configuration > Email settings tab.
