I haven't seen this issue before, but, if the initial error message is to be believed, the problem appears to be related to UAC (User Account Control) being enabled on the target computer. You could try disabling UAC on the target machine, by following these instructions.

when I try to connect in remote computer to give back up for user, receive this screen and I lost the communicated and the user sent me the screen appeared form him, as show in attach.
how can I solve the kind of issue?
