Unable To Add New Article To New Category. Add article window is open, category selection menu does not show new category. It does show all other categories. Is there something I'm missing here or is there a normal delay?

Could you ensure that at least one team your user account belongs to has Read/Add/Edit permissions for the category under Knowledgebase\Knowledgebase Options. If you require further assistance, please contact support@lansweeper.com and include "beta" in the title of your email. We aren't sharing the beta publicly yet, so any troubleshooting is being done via email.
