We currently have two issues:

We have some IP phones which were configured with SSH access. These VoIP SSH credentials were added in the scanning section, however, scan results for the phones still show: "Errors found while scanning: Could not connect to SSH with credentials VoIP (admin)" The same credentials are used to successfully connect to the phones via Putty. Please assist.

We have some different VoIP phones which scan successfully, however, useful information such as Model and Serial# are not retrieved nor displayed. How can we achieve this?

SSH scanning is only supported for Linux and Mac computers. The SSH commands we run, documented here, are unlikely to be supported by other network devices. The second asset seems to have been scanned with the HTTPS protocol as there is not visiable SSH information and as mentioned SSH is currently only supported for Linux and Mac computers.

Network devices like VOIP, printers, switches and gateways must be scanned through a different protocol, preferably SNMP. We recommend that you:
• Consult your device documentation for information on enabling SNMP.
• Test SNMP access again with Devicetester.exe.
• Rescan the devices through SNMP.
