Asset radar On-prem and Hub

We currently have a Lansweeper On-Prem installation, and in the past we’ve tested the Network Discovery Hub as well. We noticed that the Hub’s Asset Radar could detect more than the on-prem server — especially things like phone connections, IoT devices, and other ‘non-traditional’ endpoints on the network.

Now we’re wondering:

✅ Is there any way to enable similar Asset Radar detection on our On-Prem server?

• For example, is there a way for the On-Prem scanner to see phone connections the same way the Hub’s Asset Radar does?

• Are there extra configurations or agents we can deploy to extend the On-Prem scan to mobile or IoT devices?

✅ Or is this a capability unique to the Network Discovery Hub, meaning we’d need to run both the On-Prem server and the Hub in parallel to get full coverage?

Hello there!

Before confirming this, we would like a deeper technical review of these phone connections to understand why asset radar (on-prem) isn't detecting them. This might be a configuration issue or a feature request. Can you open a support case so we can investigate?
