Uninstall program Deployment

I am having issues running my uninstaller deployment the syntax of my uninstall step goes like this :

msiexec.exe /x "\\*directory*\Filepath\*FileName*.msi" /qb

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

afaik running this as a cmd is faulty. you can select msiuninstaller in the deployment tool.
