I am seeing a misreporting between some of my machines and the information in Lansweeper. I pushed out Win10 Upgrades last month, and some machines are not updating the OS version in Lansweeper. In the same report, I can tell some machines are reflecting the updated versions, but others are not. I confirmed the machines that are misreporting in Lansweeper did get the update, so I am a little confused by why this piece isn't being updated. I've rebooted both the server running Lansweeper and one of the machines in question to see if it was a service issue or something like that.
Has anyone else encountered something along this lines, or have any recommendations on what to check on?
