Windows software Tencent WeChat for PC didn't show up for all installed PCs. Only few PCs show in software report. Should it caused by software name is Chinese characters?

This problem was reported to Lansweeper.
They acknowledge it is a bug #LAN-13136.
They have no target date to fix this broken function.
This issue has been escalated to our account manager.
There has been no further response.
The question now is whether to renew at the increased price or switch to an alternative solution?
