Exciting updates from Lansweeper: What’s new in the 2024 Fall Launch

We’re excited to share some major updates,  all built on the foundation of our newly enhanced Lansweeper Discovery, which is going into General Availability today. Discovery is the backbone of everything we do—turning data into insights that drives action and improves your IT operations.

Lansweeper Discovery 

Lansweeper Discovery provides deeper visibility than ever before, spanning your entire IT environment—from on-premises to cloud and remote assets. New Discovery capabilities include: 

Cloud Discovery integrations: Lansweeper now connects with Azure Active Directory and Intune, enriching your cloud inventory and giving a complete view of your IT estate.

• Portable IT Agent: Now you can better track often-disconnected network devices like laptops seamlessly, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. 
• Faster setup and automation: Get everything configured in just minutes, without manual intervention, and keep it up-to-date automatically.

Flow Builder (Beta)

We’re also excited to introduce Flow Builder in beta release. This new tool allows you to start automating your IT workflows without having to use coding, simplifying routine tasks, and helping you take action on the insights you’ve gained from Lansweeper and elsewhere. Check it out.

We’re looking for some interested volunteers to try it out and let us know what you think.

Crowdsourced Insights 

Through HVMND (pronounced 'Hivemind',) you’ll get access to aggregated and anonymized crowdsourced data from thousands of working IT environments around the globe. See how your environment stacks up against others, identify trends, and gain actionable insights into best practices—all to help you stay one step ahead.  

For now, HVMND is in Preview Availability for all Lansweeper Sites users – and can be found in the Risk Insights section of the platform. Give it a spin!

New Dashboards & Widgets 

Our completely updated dashboards and widgets bring not just a great new look – but also powerful BI-powered analytics to your fingertips, letting you easily visualize and drill down into key metrics that matter most to you. It’s about turning insights into impact. Our new dashboards and widgets are now in Preview Availability for all Lansweeper Sites users. See it in action!

Are these features part of the fall launch? Winter is almost 30 days away. I'm not sure what the meaning of fall launch is as these features are slated for beta or only coming to select users.

If you've attended our launches in the past, you'll notice that they represent a consistent point-in-time update of exactly what Lansweeper has been up to. This includes the newest features we have recently released, along with a little bit about what is coming right around the corner. We strongly believe in the importance of being as transparent as possible about the opportunities coming your way with our product - and have nothing but the best of intentions to share exactly what we have accomplished with you to this point, as well as the specific development stage that we are in. All of these features we talked about today, whether in general availability, Preview, or beta are available to you to participate in some way, and we would be honored to have you in the mix!
