Hello!
I am trying to use a URI to launch an external app of our helpdesk technicians using Splashtop. I have the URI designed as:
st-business://com.splashtop.business?mac={mac} - Which does what it is supposed to. It launches the app, and the {mac} grabs the mac address of the corresponding computer...
HOWEVER! It grabs the mac address as: mac=00%3a15%3a5D%3a65%3a23%3a01 instead of mac=00155D652301. Is there a way to make {mac} appear as the latter?? It won't launch the remote session when it appears as the first one.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the way the MAC address is retrieved. I will however add this to the Actions improvements feature request.
