Active Directory : Custom Attribute Import

Good morning,

We would like to see a way to import additional fields from Active Directory into the database either as a selectable direct import or as a mapped field import.

In our particular instance, we are looking at user attribute fields such as middleName, departmentNumber, and some extensionAttributes, but we think this could easily be extended to other fields based on the needs of other customers.

Could we add this functionality to the wishlist?

This feature has been requested by other customers as well and is already on our customer wish list, but we do not have an estimated release date for it unfortunately. As discussed in other forum topics as well, you could potentially use OPENQUERY to retrieve additional AD user attributes directly from within a report, if your database is hosted in SQL Server.
