Add custom Warranty with cancellation period and Maintenance intervals

Hi,

is it possible to add a feature for custom Warranty Contracts for Software or Air Conditioning with a reminder of the cancellation date?

It also would be nice to integrate a Maintenace reminder for periodic actions like server restart, update installation or visual inspection of Air Conditioners including a "Done"-Checkbox and a remark-field.

We are probably not going to implement this feature because it is too user specific. The features that we add are features that can be used by many users.
