We have just started using this software and would love to have the ability for daily reports on all closed tickets and tickets that are still open and a break down of what agents have closed what.

Is this something that you intend to do?

It is currently already possible to do this using a custom report and a report alert. In version 6.0.100.12, 32 built-in helpdesk reports were also added which will help you achieve your goal. You can update your installation by following this knowledgebase article: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/118/updating-your-installation.html

Once you have the report you can use a scheduled report alert to send it to you daily. More information about report alerts can be found in this knowledgebase article: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/113/sending-email-alerts.html
