We would like the ability to allow non agents to view only tickets submitted by their department, specific assets, users etc.
We have multiple department/divisions in our environment and it would be useful to some of the managers to see what tickets have been submitted by their employees for better tracking and less duplication of submitted help tickets.
Limiting ticket submitted views by OU, ip location, asset type, groups etc would be a good way to only show what is needed.
In our environment managers and employees share the same AD OU so simply limiting tickets submitted by OU would be enough; by security group would also work.
