When a ticket is auto-created (lifted from a mailbox) the ticket has CC members (if any exists).
I would like to auto-create ticktes without the CC users.

any way this is possible?

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to automatically ignore cc users imported from the helpdesk email ticket. You can obviously simply delete the cc users once the ticket has been created in the helpdesk.
