I noticed this while doing some basic testing of the KB for its fitness of purpose. Will it likely be fixed by end of October/start of November?

You can click on the Title header to sort by name within the configuration, but this change doesn't appear to be saved upon refreshing and doesn't appear to influence the sort order within the knowledge base itself. I've asked our development team to automatically sort by title.
