It would be nice if the ticket type / status / team / user could be changed through clicking on these fields in the "header" of the ticket instead of having to navigate to Actions > Change ....

Agree completely. Our SLA's are all over the place since we are usually jumping from one ticket to the phones, then back to another user, and quicker access to State changes would allow accurate SLA's.
