Changing State.ASPX to AD Computer Location

Hello,

Would it be possible to change the state.aspx page to total the computers for every AD Computer Location?

I know this would involve modifying state.aspx to look at a new SQL View. However, generating the view is one area I'm unfamiliar with. Is the web30totaldomain something that is automatically generated? If not, how can I generate a view similar to it, that totals the computers per AD computer location?

Exactly. I work for a large copmany, where in one region alone - we have 500+ computers. Ofcourse - they're all in the same domain. Thus - the AD Computer Location field would be much better to organize computer groups...

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

If I understand you want a report with the location name in active directory and the amount of computers for that location? correct?
